We take our work environment seriously. All of our work stations are sanitised daily and staff wear gloves, masks, aprons and hairnets to secure the products. Besides, your order will arrive in a neat sealed package. You can, of course, wipe down the bag when you receive it.

You can check and order our sweet products on our website. There, you will have the option to choose among the type of sweet product, the weight of sweets, type of packaging, box, pouch, and other options to personalise your box.

We have a special selection of core sweets, which are all pre-mixed. We can’t add or exclude certain sweets. In case of restriction due to dietary requirements, please get in touch with us.

Pink is our branded colour and it is what we dress our boxes, However, you have an option to change the paper on our      personalised boxes only.

Yes, we do special orders for Corporate gifts & Events, and purchases over £100. This will need to be discussed over email with a staff member.

Our lead time to make and send out items is maximum 3 working days during busy periods (such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.). 

During non busy periods, this is normally done within 24 hours.

After posted out, deliveries normally take 3-5 working days with 2nd Class Royal Mail post, which is the service we regularly use. You can opt for a 1st Class Royal Mail post service by paying an extra fee at your checkout. Normally, 1st Class service takes 1-3 working days to be delivered.

Unfortunately, we can’t give any guarantees over delivery dates. Items are posted out using Royal Mail and can take up to 5 working days to be received. We would recommend you to order the item at least 1 week before the day you require.

No, we can’t provide this service due to the volume of daily orders we receive. We would recommend you putting a reminder on your phone to order your item to get around the time you require.

You can find a full list of individual ingredients here. Please be aware, orders are packed in an environment where no nuts are used, sweets are bought pre-packaged from external suppliers with a disclaimer on the products saying there could be trace of nut in factory environment even though they are kept separate.

We have marked all listings with relevant allergens (WHEAT, DAIRY, SOYA, NUTS). If you, or the recipient of your gift has an intolerance to any of these allergens please do not purchase.

Our vegan range is suitable for all vegetarian and halal customers.

Yes, you can!

No, it is only possible to put a message in the message field at the origination of the order.

In a pre-sealed mailing bag, with a post office printed label. 

To change the delivery address, you need to contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. This usually will allow us time to cancel and refund your order before the item is dispatched. You will then have to reorder with the correct address. During busy periods we may not attend to messages for up to 12-24 hours, so therefore if we do not see the message before its dispatched, there is no further action we can take with regards to changing your address.

You would need to contact the address and try and retrieve your parcel. 

If you provide an incorrect address and the item has been sent out no replacement product will be sent out.

If the item is returned back to us with an incomplete address, we will contact you for the correct address and postage will have to be paid before we resend the item out.

When an order has been dispatched then it is too late to stop or change the order in any way.

No, we can’t touch the order or amend through the system. Purchase would have to be cancelled and reordered.

You can only select 1 address for each order. You can send as many packages to 1 address as you want. However, if you want to send to multiple addresses, then you have to do separate orders.

Payment must be made online at time of ordering. 

Items are usually posted within 24 hours of having a shipped status – this is where we are preparing the postage parcels.

Yes, it does. During busy postal periods, please allow a further 3 days before contacting us with regards to delivery.

Most items will not be tracked. Larger items will sometimes be tracked.

In the first instance, please check if the address provided is correct. Also, please check with neighbours or if anyone in your home may have taken the delivery.  If you have not received the item within 7 working days, please contact us on the contact form and include your order number for reference. For items purchased through Etsy, please message us by clicking here, and we will look to resolve your issue.

A claim will be put in with Royal Mail to confirm if the item has been delivered or not. This will be done after 10 days of the latest point it should have arrived. 

Please, advise us if your original parcel turns up after we have sent a replacement item out, this will result in us not being able to make a claim. 

During expected busy periods we have to allow a further 3 days before we can action a missing item.

No – you do not include these days when working out expected delivery.
